5S3's Gathering 2008
Due the unfamiliar relationship between classmates, we decide that we will held a Last Gathering party (LG) on 5th of January 2008. Below are some details for the gathering party:
Date : 5th of January 2008, Saturday
Venue : Wangsa Maju Section 2 playground ( nearby Yuwei and Eik Ee house)
Time : Begin on 7.00pm
Fees : RM 5 per person

Q&A :
A) Q: I'm sorry but I will have to say that I cannot attend the party because some inconvenient issue. So can I know that will the 5S3 Gathering Party will be held again after this?
A: We are sad to hear about it. But We will have to notice that approx 40% of our classmates are examinees for STPM 2008, they mostly will not able for any gathering party due to the busyness of studies so do their Co Curriculum etc. The STPM-Students may only stay at KL for 2008 and mostly will go to Local University of Malaysia at the other state after that (maybe some of them will still at KL but they are too less). So year 2008 may be the best convenient year and especially the beginning of the year 2008 may be the best time for the gathering party for them. In addition, another 10% of our classmates may study oversea after year 2008, so it's hard to gather or even see them for quite a long time. Another 10% of our classmates are not study at KL right now, it is sometimes quite hard to gather them. There are quite many of our classmates are studying at collage now and they may busy for their assignments time by time. Due to the reasons that we stated above, we are honestly hope that you can try to attend this gathering. We are very sure that it will be a memorable gathering party for you. S0 far, it is very difficult to have another gathering party after this at this moment.
B) Q:I don't know how to reach that place. I only know how to reach Wangsamaju LRT Station. So how do i reach there?
A:You may wait us at Wangsamaju LRT station. You will have to call some of us who have already reach there, then we will send someone to fetch you to there. Actually it is quite near with the LRT Station, just have to walk few minutes.
C) Q: I don't know how to reach that place. I don't even know how to get to Wangsamaju LRT Station. So how do i reach there?
A: Regarding to this question, please do tell us earlier so that we can arrange the transportation for you. Since some of us have their own vehicles, you may try to ask and take a sit on someone's vehicles to reach there. If we have no vehicle enable for fetching you, we may try to give you some suggestion about the public transportation.
D) Q: I have some personal financial problem, so how can I..
A: Regarding your personal financial problem, please contact our people in charge who mention above.
E) Q:I have a lot of assignment and busy all along the day, can you change the date for me?
A: I'm sorry for your inconvenient situation but I will have to tell you that we are not able to change the date nor the venue. It is fixed so that it will easier for other's scheduling. Please do change your schedule for 5S3 Last Gathering Party (LG). Your sacrifices are valuable appreciate by us.
F) Q: I will have some meeting on that day. I may come later, probably approx 8-9p.m or may later. So can i know when will the party end up?
A: We are appreciate and kindly welcome your attend to the party no matter how late you are. We are not sure about the time of the ending of the party but we will try to confirm that all of you can reach home safety after the party.
G) Q: I'm not allowed by my parent for going back home lately. So can i take leave at the processing of the party?
A: Yes, you may. We are understand on your condition and will try to give our cooperation for you. But, we will have a request and hope you will cooperate with us, that is, please do make a phone to anyone of the attender after you reach home to make sure about your safety. A: Regarding to your question, We have to inform you that we have already divide classmates in to few groups that will be in charge by the different people in charge. On the other hand, you may also send your attendance to anyone of the people in charge.
K) Q: I am ready to go for the party. Can I know when should I pass the money to you and how can I pass it to you?
A: We have to notice that you may pass the fee of the party to us on the day of the party held, that is, 5th of January 2008. You may also pass the money to the people in charge that mention above.

A: We have to notice that the latest date that you could tell us about your attendance is 27/12/2007, Thursday. It is easier to held a certain of gang or people's gathering but it may be difficult to create a whole class gathering ( because most of our classmates will not able to contact all of our classmates) We have a highly premonition that most of our classmates will not going to held any whole class gathering but just for certain classmates or gang's gathering party. Regarding the gathering
I was being informed bout this gathering stuff pretty late I guess.
First of all I'm quite surprise to read Toh Wai's post. I'm glad enough someone else other than me would volunteer to organise the gathering.
However, one thing I found that TW keep referring this gathering as "Last Gathering", which I found it less appropriate. I know many of us will be moving on elsewhere pretty soon in next year or the year to come, but I dont think that will stop us from having future gatherings.
From TW's message, I sense desperation and disappointment in his tone. I can understand this because to be honest, our class is not as united as the other classes.
Well, TW mentioned "unfamiliar relationship" within classmates, this statement is partially true.
I understand that not everyone in the class know each other very well, at least. For this case, it's only a part of people only.
I personally think that we should not blame those who cant attend, or refuse to attend. After all, it's up to themselves to decide whether they're coming or not. Also, we must consider our friends who're no longer in KL too. Some of them will not be available because of working, and that cannot be helped. Of course, in any sorts of gathering, usually a few person will not turn up due to various reasons. So, we'll try our best to get everyone gather around.
Also TW, the date for confirmation is set too rush. It's just only 2 days to go, and I'm afraid the news cannot reach some of our friends that soon.
Then again, I stress out that this IS NOT our LAST GATHERING. It is a suicidal move to call it the last gathering, sounds like there's no more chances for us S3ers to gather again.
Oh, and Toh Wai, do have faith with our classmates, although they may look uncooperative at times. We have no one to blame for this lack of enthusiasm among classmates, but I also think that we shouldn't make it sounds so bad bout our classmates right?

This year's class gathering
I'm planning to make a reunion for all of us S3s. But, I will only plan it after mid of Nov, after my last exam. After that, I'm free to do anything til next January~
OK so here's my suggestions:
Date: somewhere around Nov to Dec, ideally weekend Saturday (many people can come out).
Time: Afternoon or evening.
Venue: Uncertain (Sam having problem to goto other's house because of personal issues, so better make it to a public place).
As for the transportation, I dont think this will be a problem for now because many of us knew how to drive already, so it's possible to fetch friends. Just give us a message bout it and we'll figure it out.
So this is all my plans for the upcoming gathering. I shall plan everything in detail after my exam OK? Wish me luck so that I've better moods to plan this lol.

News From Miss Siah
Our ex-form teacher, Miss Siah will have her last teaching year at Chong Hwa this year. Next year she will not available at Chong Hwa but will start her new life at her neighbourhood by teaching 'an ching ban', primary school student after schools.
